We like to make all customers be happy, but in certain circumstances, you may want to return some products, please read our return policy below.
We can accept returns/refunds/exchanges in the following conditions:
- Products are damaged/broken/soiled during the transportation.
- Products received in incorrect size/color as on your order.
We can't accept returns/refunds/exchanges in the following conditions:
- Used/destroyed/stained products cannot be returned/refunded/exchanged. We don't ask for "unopened", you can open your package to check, but don't use it, don't remove tags until you finish checking.
- Items outside the 30 days warranty starting from the date you receive them.
How do the return/refund/exchange processes work?
1. Send this information to us via email.

2. Send the products back to us with all original tags and gifts(if any), our customer service team will let you know the address via email. NOTE all return/refund/exchange requests must be authorized by our customer service team before sending back us. NOTE customers need to cover the shipping fee to return the product to us, but if it's our fault, then we will cover the shipping fee.
3. Send us the tracking URL, so we can monitor the package.
4. Our customer service team will back to you when we receive the package.
Note the return policy works for both retailers and general customers. For retailers, things are more flexible.
